Membership Fee
$18 per month OR $150 per year

If committing to the monthly plan, your membership should not be cancelled until the 12 months is up.
If you need to cancel your membership during the 12 month period, you may do so from your account dashboard, however there may be fees incurred if you have taken advantage of any of our various HEART Pride member discounts.
